Mail doesn't work

hi

well i got a few problems with mail, i have a contact form with
a mail() php function but it stopped working it worked before but now it doesn't anymore
i tried to send a mail to my hotmail adress with the webmail didn't work either, i checked if the smtp & such were on and they are.. so can't seem to find the problem :s

What is your username? To look into the problem I need to determine what server you are on. You should also link your hosting account so we do not have to ask for it with future support requests.

i'm on the free server(cossacks)

edit: and class isn't working either when it says class user not found but i'm sure it worked before.. and the file with the user class is uploaded

I would also link your hosting account to your forum account or you will be suspended.

done the linking
well i created the basic one, but then i tried to add mime thingy and it stopped working but if i return to the old value nothing happends..
and my webmail doesn't do anything either
could it be that hotmail blocked it? cause gmail works..

It's possible it is sending your mail into a spam folder. If you are able to receive it at gmail, that means PHP Mail IS working.
