mail() funtion disabled for lotus?

i installed wordpress on madtechlab.com today (after a lot of issues). but when i installed it, i didnt got any mail.
then i uploaded a test file, made specially to check mail() function. it showed that mail function is disabled.

Is mail function disabled for Lotus server.
