Mail sending problem

I only use webmail to send and receive emails using my website's emails. But, I cannot send email. In horde, I get this message:

There was an error sending your message: Failed to connect to localhost:25 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection refused (code: -1, response: )]

And in SquirrelMail, this one:

Connection refused
Server replied: 111 Can't open SMTP stream.

Please help, I need to send emails.
