Mail Setup

I have recently opened an free web hosting account and i tried to create a email account with the CPanel, but i´m not able to send any mail, not from Thunderbird (i don´t know if it's well configured) nor WebMail.
How i can setup Thunderbird to work with my CPanel mail?

In Thunderbird add account, type in info from cPanel. It really is as simple as that.

Also there was an issue a while back with x10hosting being blacklisted, check your spam folder.

Yep, i've got the setup done, but I still cannot send mails, i also tried sending from Horde and the others webmails, but i couldn't do it, it says that there is an issue connecting to the database...
