main domain doesn't working

Dear Support,

I have created a hosting account but when I tried to reach the main domain in my web browser it doesnt work (gives back server error message).
My main domain is nlc.x10.mx. Can you please advise what I missed?

Hello,

This is not a server error, but a default webpage that displays when your account is newly made. You can remove this page by deleting or replacing the index.html file found in your public_html directory.
