Main Domain not changeable

I can't change my main Domain, to missmosscorsets.com .... what's going on? can't change it there... can't park it... and how do I get the Server to respond to it when I redirect it to your server?

You need to change your nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com right now they are NS.NA**4YOU.COM NS2.NA***4YOU.COM

OK I did that, but I still can't change the main domain in my hosting options...
