What are your DNS servers? They should be set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

If you're using another DNS service, make sure you have an A record for your domain pointed to the IP address of whatever server you are on.

The problem appears to be that my account's files are not visible in the new domain. I see them all in the file manager and they were accessible in my old x10Hosting domain, but when I go to the url of my new x10Hosting domain name, it just shows the Index of my web root, which shows empty:

Parent Directory 14-Nov-2007 00:38 -
folder.gif
cgi-bin/ 31-Aug-2007 00:31 -
folder.gif
rvadmin/ 08-Sep-2007 22:44

Is there a web configuration I may have missed in creating my new x10Hosting domain name so that it properly points to my home directory's files?

Try changing it to something else then back again. When we were moving the servers all over it could have caused an issue.

... Did you do what I said? When you switch domains files to not get transferred anywhere, it just changes the name that points to those files.

Yes, I changed the domain name, but it still showing up as the new one not being used, and the old one still being used.

What's the old one and what's the new one supposed to be? I'll change it server side.
