Major Random Connection Errors

Hello,

First off here are my general settings:

My domain is added via "Add-On Domain" in my cPanel (lolzlolz.com)
x10 account domian: lolzlolz.x10hosting.com
NS1: ns1.x10hosting.com
NS2: ns2.x10hosting.com
Sub domain in cPanel: apm.lolzlolz.com
MX for lolzlolz.com: mail.mydns.net.nz (my domain host does email)
Account type: absolut (addfree)
cPanel UN: webacc

I own a domain (www.lolzlolz.com) and the problem I have been having over the last few days (I know x10 has been doing some work on the absolut servers)

The problem is I sometimes cannot connect to my site via www.lolzlolz.com or some times I can but then lolzlolz.com doesnt work (notice no www) this is random and can litratly change every 10 miniutes.

Same thing with my sub domain apm.lolzlolz.com sometimes that doesnt work but my main domain does or vise versa (note: my subdomain has never worked with www only with out www when it is working). Also sometimes it does work I dont get a can not connect to website error but rather I get a:

"Not Found
The requested URL / was not found on this server.

Apache/1.3.37 Server at apm.lolzlolz.com Port 80"
(there is 100% files in there index.php / index.html etc)

I have tried doing a DNS flush, tryed diffrent computers in my house, asked my friends to try (they are on diffrent ISP so diffrent DNS server) and they get the same random results as me and finally I have tried many proxy's all of which also bring up random results depending on time (e.g. some cant connect then 2 minutes later they can but only on www or with out www etc etc)

Can someone help me get a clue to what I have done wrong I'm really lost here.

The only thing I can think that would cause that is DNS. I am reconfiguring the firewalls momentarily which might change this situation.
