Unfortunately Google does not support paypal, some of the others do though, also Google only gives you the money when your total reaches $100, while some of the other add groups will do it at $50.
Have a read of this website and look at some of the different add groups.

Most ad networks are similar. I believe bidvertiser will pay you through Paypal, but have never tried it.

If you have a popular website (>1000 daily hits), then you might be able to sell advertisements directly. In that case you control the transaction, and you can ask to be paid with Paypal if you choose.

I would choose maybe, clicksor, because they have minimum payout of $50 not $100 with paypal, and $50 for other methods of payment. Which beats Google-ad sense easily.
