Mandatory writes on forum?

Hi, I signed up for a x10hosting account some time ago, but may I ask. I know the obligation of logging in into the forum at least every two weeks, but, do I need to write a message every two weeks on the forum, or just viewing the forum while I'm logged on counts?

I think just being logged in is enough.
