You are a brilliant coder.Not normal.You are already using google apps for email and the site is high on its loading speed.
The theme suits to the sites funcions and motives as I understand.Image is apt but no HOME button any where.
Suggestionut a "HOME" button to your menus ,it would be helpful for your visitors to go to the sites home page rather than changing the URL in the browser.
