After the service team posted, today, that service had been restored, my files appeared to be restored on the server. When trying to access copp.x10.mx/wiki/index.php, I receive a 404 error in the browser. Also, if I try to create a folder, or change a file with FTP, it reports that the remote file system is read-only. I also noticed that the www subdomain which used to direct to the wiki, now just displays the root folder. The copp.x1.mx/mybb seems to be working okay.

At my last check, all files appear to have been restored, subdomain seems to be restored, and wiki appears to be working again. Thanks to the support team for getting the problems resolved.
