Memory Problem

Hi guys,
I am converting a text file into a MYSQL to isnert into the database,
But I get this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 24 bytes) in /home/liguehs/public_html/converter/carrer.php on line 49

The text file is 3.65 MB big...

Is there something I can do to fix this.. or maybe a workaround?

This may have been because of temporary high server load. Try again later when the load may have decreased. Otherwise, you may have to split the text file into smaller files and do them one at a time if you continue to get insufficient memory errors.

Also, watch out for using excessive system resources, as you may get automatically suspended for that.
