menu disappeared from my website

Today a menu on my site has disappeared, is this related to the fris migration?

The server migrations shouldn't cause anything to be deleted. The only reason I can think that would cause that is if the menu relied on a mysql connection, which may become unavailable during the migration procedure. If the problem persists beyond when the migrations are complete, then try re-uploading the relevant files and see if that resolves the issue.
