As you may/ WILL Know that alot of us have the same old under construction Page, Anyway as we are unable to access Cpanel, Wouldnt our account be automatically deleted? :kdubb:

ok your account was backed up when the server was "deleted" (for your purpose we'll use deleted) but you are posting to get it put onto the other "working" server... and the under construction page is from the IIS server that is on the 70.85 server now... so yah, i think that explains everything ... also WHM problems and such...

[1] If its down longer than a week, does this mean I have No account ''/
[2] Whens the latest it will be up??

well mine was terminated somehow as tyler said it wasnt in the backups. as i adhered to all the activity rules i am puzzled. i went to log in a week ago only to find my site was "under construction". so i reported it. at the time i had had a busy week so it was about a week and a half between c-panel logins. but it was still UNDER 2 weeks. now it has been over 2 weeks and my account has apparently been terminated. or it was accidentally not included in the backups. so yes it is possible accounts will be terminated if they go over the 2 week period due to the server being down.
