Hello,

I just established my website on your host today. It was going great for a while but now I am unable to upload any files. I received the above message but "User Stats" says I'm only using 72 KB disk usage.

Am I doing something wrong?

The email account newsletter@domain name is showing almost 400MB of space. Can you please make sure to empty the trash and any large sent items as well? Your email account usage is included in your overall storage

Your account would need to be at least 7 days old and using at least 75% of your current allocated space.

I have emptied the email Trash and if I am reading the disk usage correctly, I am still using 519.8MB. My x10hosting account was created April 12 2024. We would like to keep the remaining "Sent" and "Inbox" emails. How do I request an increase in my disk space? Sorry, I'm not familiar with the process. Thanks
