Messed-up File System

Well, I was playing around in cPanel, and I messed up the file system. (And I didn't back-up at the beginning.) I was wondering if there was a way to restore everything to the way it was when I first signed-up. I can always re-upload the site, so what should I do?

If you have everything backed up that you can re upload it again, then I candelete your account and you can sign up again using the same forum username.
