Microsoft Publisher

I created a website in Microsoft Publisher but I need help uploading to my website amberrayann.exofire.net. I created an FTP account and downloaded the Filezilla Client software, but am stuck on where to go from there. I also had a question about Microsoft Publisher. Whenever I try to preview it, the navigation bar won't show up. Does anyone know why this is?

Can't help with that, there is better design software than Microsoft Publisher. I didn't even know it could do that =)
