Migrating Wordpress.com to org

Hi all,

First post on here. I firstly want to say, it's a great community you have built up here! Lot's of great info around.

Secondly, I am planning to migrate my blog from Wordpress.com to a wordpress.org blog hosted by x10hosting. Is there any easy way to migrate all the posts etc or is it just a case of copying and pasting everything?
