Misc Login Problems

As usual, this stuff is probably all my fault. But I don't know how to fix it.

I wanted to step down from the banner ads to text ads. So, I created a new forum account and a new hosting account on Saturday. I forgot to have my original account terminated until this morning, but that is done now. So, I was able to login to my account panel on Saturday and change my domain from digibrandi.x10hosting.com to www.brandiwhitedesigns.com. However, now I get the "error retrieving hosting account type from backend" or something like that, and can't get in to the account panel to make any other changes.

I also cannot login to the Cpanel. Is this related to the other problem? I have updated the nameservers to point to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com, and I have tried both digibrandi.x10hosting.com:2082 and www.brandiwhitedesigns.com:2082. Nothing seems to be working.

What are the cpanel names for both accounts?

The old one that should be terminated was bwdesign. The one that should be current is brandikw.

It seems even the account brandikw has been terminated. Can you please create the account again?

I tried, but it's telling me that the account name brandikw, and the domain I want are already in use. But, when I try to login with that username, I am told it does not exist.

Use this url and try again. http://x10hosting.com/logout This deletes the cookies. I have also removed the dns entry.

It's still not working. Telling me the hosting account name is already in use, and the domain account is already in use. I think I might just completely start over with entirely different names for things later this afternoon, but right now I've got to get other things done. Thanks for your help!

Ok... I've created an entirely new hosting account, bkw2003. It's ad-free and it's linked to this forum account, and is at bwdesigns.x10hosting.com. If I go in and change the domain to www.brandiwhitedesigns.com, is it going to work? My registrar is now showing no data at all for the DNS, and it won't let me change anything. A whois check shows the x10hosting info, so I wanted to be sure.
