Missing Data

Hey guys!

I know you're undergoing maintenance and all. I gave it a couple of days, but nothing changed. So here I am, to bug you guys...

I have one domain and one parked domain. All joomla folders disappeared from my jackieayres.com domain. BUT, joomla is there up and running. I'm able to use it just fine, except when I log in to FTP.. then there's no way I can upload/download anything specifically, as there are no folders at all showing. Weird. I also have joomla xplorer on Joomla to try to use the FTP directly there. But nothing -same issue.

Could anyone check this for me, please? And help me figure out a solution...

Oh, also the Softaculous is down for almost 48hrs (for me, at least), so I can't do much... I have manually deleted joomla from my other domain(ayresfashion.com), but all the folders reappeared after 5 min.

This is the same issue many have been having. The changes you make are not being reflected on the server. This is due to the migration and matinence. This is still going on and will be done in a few days.
