Missing Files and DB's?

My site, dizzytech.x10hosting.com, on the Corporate plan with the cPanel name zacwal, was running fine until last night. Since then, my SQL server at x10Hosting appears down, (e.g., / 5 appearing in cPanel, no DB connection, etc., etc.) and some kind of backup has been put into effect from before the transfer; all of my recent work has been undone (including my complete, new, perfect installation of e107 that was set up and DONE) and I cannot do any work because my SQL is down. What is going on?!?!?!?!?! My whole site is missing and, in other words, all work has been lost and has disappeared. HELP!!!!!!!

Nevermind, there is no problem. This was probably a caching problem on my Firefox-powered cable-internet end. I feel so stupid.
