Missing Files

I am having trouble viewing my file since the transfer from Lotus to Fris. The only thing in my FTP is cgi_bin. I know there should be more than that. Also, it says I have 0MB/0MB free space left. My x10hosting account summary says I still have a subdomain attached to my account when I do not have one according to the Cpanel. Is there anything you can do to resolve this?

Your files must not have been moved from the Fris move.
