Missing Folders In File Manager

When I go to the file manager it takes public_html/ folder there seems not to be any other folder besided public_html

There was a server migration, your folders might have not been moved correctly. You might have to wait for Brandon, Chris, or an Admin to help you out.

They don't show up in file manager, but show up file when I access ftp

Just go up one directory to see the rest of your folders.
