To whom it may concern,

First I'd like to apologize for uploading what turns out to be some bad joojoo.. An associated mine sent me the file claiming it was a tool that could be used for collaborating uploads to a common directory. Let me be the first to say had I spent the time to research.. this ticket and begging for me account to be reactivated.

The file that got you suspended is know as a shell script. Its main goal is to try to find and exploit security issues on a webserver.
This has nothing to do with tools to collaborate with other people.

unfortunately this is a zero tolerance.
Secondly, the scanner that caught you will only catch you when the file is accessed.
