Why are moderators ignoring free hosting users' requests for support?
I've seen a good few threads that require x10hosting staff intervention, such as storage increase requests and server-side errors/issues.
I too had (and still have) a problem with file uploads that I made a thread about recently, where files are being uploaded to 'C:\fakepath\' on the cPanel File Manager Upload page, and not the actual directory.
x10hosting seems to be going downhill lately - whenever I had any issues in the past (a few years ago), the moderators were fantastic and were always willing to help.
I wish all my free hosting friends the best of luck resolving your problems, because you won't receive help from staff anymore!
