Moodle and Scripts

For the most part my site consists of a Moodle site. I have disabled most plugins (forums, chat) so that it doesn't use as much resources. I am still getting suspended for high resource limit on the Prime account. Yes it resets itself on the hour but I want to know if there are different levels on illuminated.
Or is there a way to reduce resources on Moodle that I didn't do yet?

"most plugins" doesn't mean "all plugins".
