Moodle Theme not displaying

Please help me solve this problem. My moodle site is not displaying any themes. I have tried things I know like - delete and re-installed, clear caches, and used another browser to access the site - just to name a few.
Could you please help me solve this problem. the address is http://wjt.exofire.net

Have you changed your domain since you installed moodle? Did you install moodle from the domain you are currently trying to access it from? While I appreciate this will not be much help, you would be better consulting with Moodle's support regarding script-specific questions.

It isn't Moodle.

The CSS and other files for the theme are all giving 503's.
