What kind of HTML editor are you looking for?

A WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get), i.e. Macromedia Dreamweaver, Microsoft FrontPage? <--not free

or

An HTML editor that checks to make sure tags etc aren't broken, i.e. SciTE Source Code Editor / Notepad 2? <--free

or

A program to code HTML with, i.e. Notepad? <--easiest of all for me
