I have been using your services to host my website for about two weeks. During this time my account has been suspended three times for no obvious reason. It tells me that the reason is due to High Server Resource Usage, however... I have had no visitors to my site today and I have not uploaded anything today either. Therefore, I will be moving my account to another host that cares enough about their users to prevent this from happening. I understand that if I had hundreds of visitors a day this would become a problem, but I have only had SIX visitors THIS WEEK!
I also have many friends that I help with their website and advice as to what host to use (they have not completed the site yet to the point of uploading it) and I assure you that they will not be using your services.
Also, while I am in the complaining mood... I had *extreme* difficulty signing up with you - I tried it once, and the process did not ever finish (no confirmation email), and after 2 or 3 tries it finally worked (this is why my username is jbswaff2 - i tried jbswaff, jbswaff1, and jbswaff2; the first two times the above happened).
So yea, thats that just about sums it all up - thanks for nothing (.... except a waist of time!).
