I am planning to upload all my mp3 OPM(Original Pinoy Music - Songs from Philippines) musics because i wanna put a music player on my site. before i put it, i wanna ask if it is permitted or not? and the size is around 500MB+

Bolded the appropriate part; I highly doubt it would be allowed, especially if you fail to hold the legal copyright/redistribution rights for the mp3's in question.
