No! No! its nothing like that, these are not copyright files but, but does this come under streaming, let me go through it once more.......I put an onpage mp3 player for playing flash files, and below them I place several mp3 files and when someone clicks on it, the file starts playing on the same page in the mp3 player. Is this allowed?

As long as the mp3 file you are playing has been created by you and is not owned by a company that has legal rights to it.
Basically it better be your band or a file made by you. Say talking or what have you.. Or as i seen in another post you can make a remix and it's allowed.
You can't use say for example Bullet for my Valentines- curses.mp3 Since you don't own the copyright to that song.

i was reading the laws and everything and i saw we can put the mp3 of any copyrighted material IF you let only 30 seconds of music. So, you can make a mp3 with billions of copyrighted stuff IF each music have only 30seconds (dont remember if are the firsts 30 seconds or can be any part of music)
this is what Last.Fm does. If you try use their player to hear copyrighted stuff, you can only hear 30secs.
