Its not a case of mp3's allowed or not. Then important bit is what the mp3 contains.

It must be your own work or you must have permission the use the music.

yes I have, I downloaded them from a sit where you can pay for music.

That doesn't give you permission. That's just like buying a CD from a store, ripping them all, and putting them on your website.

You have to permission, like an email or so, from the owner (creator, producer, or whatever) saying that you are allowed to put them on your website.
