If you know your login details for the account panel (http://x10hosting.com/panel.php), you can log in there, and reset your cpanel password yourself.

If you do not have access to it, you will have to wait until a forum advocate see's this thread so it can be escalated to a ticket.

Which username you are using to login to cpanel

You have to use rajhtml and cpanel is at http://htmlcourses3and4.x10hosting.com:2082

If you don't remember then you can reset in Account panel
