I do not know what to do, what to read or where to ask.

this is an ad free account.
There is a parked domain in http://msegura501.x10hosting.com ; the parked domain is fileslost.com
my login is msegura.
The only thing I am seeing when I point my browser to either http://msegura501.x10hosting.com (or http://ww.fileslost.com) is a listing of two directories : rvadmin and cgi-bin. This is not the usual index page.
now I can not login into x10hosting (http://www.x10hosting.com/account). The error message is :
"An Error Has OccurredWhoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments."
cpanel is down.
ftp access seems closed.
The server alert thread is closed.
I have heard users saying this was fixed.
Corey left a note in the server alter thread saying that he will post instructions soon.
Where are these instructions?
What should I do?
