Hi,
I am not able to create a msql database.
It is giving me this error: "Error from postgres wrapper: PostgreSQL has not been configured by the administrator. Unable to locate pgpass file."

PostgreSQL is not enabled on the free hosting servers.
You will need Illuminated or Premium Plan .
