It's good but the main menu can be a little more dynamic. In the site you says that you know jQuery. You can use this knowledge to create a nicer menu.
You can also slow down the change of content in the Flash panel because it's too fast.

By far in this section,this is the best designed site I have seen.
Nice speed on the Browsers and what not..
But on http://www.mudithonline.com/contact-web-design.htm
which is the enquiry page,the graphic behind is making the font difficult to read.Its heavy on the eyeballs.I have put the link here.
