Multi Account Block and Can not Use role Webmaster for my site if he has same IP for other account

I am existing user and obviously Webmaster use same IP. This is new rule and if someone want make site for some organization can not use Webmaster role for maintenance site. Maybe paid version can but first you must try something before purchase. Nevermind just want download my database and close account. New rules not apply account before this new rules and database. the error code says you have been blocked for having multiple accounts.
staff will need to check this and unblock you.
