I have been experiencing significant difficulties accessing my account. Despite having only one account, I am being repeatedly notified that I have multiple accounts

We can see your IP is logged on multi accounts. Can you clarify how you are accessing your account?

I access the account through vps

That would be why you are seeing this issue. You are not allowed to use a VPN. More than likely the IP on the VPN is used by others who are also breaking this rule.
