Multiple suspensions

Hello! I don't understand what is going on. It's a fifth time account suspension a day!
Can you tell me a reason? Or - what must I do to avoid it?

Some WordPress plugins are well known to cause high resource usage issues.

I have read it before started. The problem is - i didn't install any new plugins during more than a month. And it was ok all this time. Yesterday I have download one web page for testing. There were a pair of JQuery scripts. Immediately get a suspension notification. I deleted my test folder after it, but suspensions are still here. Once or twice an hour I recieve notifications... What could it be?
