Hi, I have signed up for a email account with my domain name from godaddy. They say that my hosting company has to change my mx records to these:

mx mods-

MX 0 smtp.secureserver.net
MX 10 mailstore1.secureserver.net

Cbame mods-

mail.1stopcomputers.net mapped to pop.secureserver.net
email.1stopcomputers.net mapped to email.secureserver.net

thanks for any help that you can provide

This is done by the individual for his hosting account through cPanel.
This is a kind of tutorial.Hope it helps.
