MX records

Hi I am trying to change the mx reocords or modify the mail settings of my email. I read a lot before I am asking and I can not access the normal Cpanell and find mx records

Basically I have a domain company and email with them (radoslav-bozhinov.com) and they told me that I need to modify the email mx records in order but I can not locate where are these settings

you can not use a external service's SMTP on x10hosting's free-hosting
No external SMTP. All outgoing email must pass through x10hosting's Email server (SMTP) to be scanned for spam, phishing, etc.
