hey guyz this is my 1st time using photoshop and I made a stupid sig plz rate (noob level)..

Nice first sig, maybe try blending the text in with the background?

Well, try not to use colours that clash, like the red.

The white is fine, but give it a stroke of about 1px or 2px with black. (Find that in Blending Settings).

for a "noob" the back ground is nice. For a "noob" the text is really noob.

Did you use any tutorials Mani?? Or did you just make it from your knowledge of Photoshop? I think its ok if you did it without the help of a tut, but it you followed one, you could have done better. Still not bad for beign ur first sig, except for the text You are in a good path

I did it with my own knowlege will do with a tut later
