•No Warez! Absolutely under no circumstances do we allow any type of illegal or copyrighted material on our servers. Breaking this rule will get you a permanent suspension, we have a zero tolerance policy regarding this.

You agreed to this policy, and therefore agreed to its consequences, when you signed up. So, to be perfectly blunt, you broke the rules, uploaded an unlicensed and therefore illegal copy of a script to your account and broke the law, and will now have the files you uploaded to x10Hosting provided servers deleted.
