Suspended accounts are not deleted/terminated until at least 14 days have passed (often longer, since they aren't given priority and the suspension is a punishment). That is to ensure that the user has to wait at least 14 days before attempting to create another account. (There's not much point in the suspension if the account can be back in business in ten minutes, is there?) You are already free to point your domain wherever you want using your domain registrar's control panel; the record here only points to your account if your domain is pointed to x10Hosting's name servers.
