My account deleted from the database .

Hello ,
I created an ad enhanced corporate account with the username ankury85 one week ago . My site url is ankurya1985.x10hosting.com . Now i am unable to see my statics nor open the site . this happened to me second time . two weeks ago i created the account with same username and site address .
When i open my site it says domain still available .I want to know what was going on x10 hosting .
As i checked some more posts that having the same prob like unable to open the control panal etc .
My friend also had an account in the x10 his url is suyash1208.x10hosting.com his account is also deleted .

Give me full explaination and insure me that it will not happen afterwards .

Well, first off.. Don't demand. It does appear the account is gone. Here's what I suggest.. Go to the logout link above, click it to log out of the forums.. Then, signup again for a hosting account. When it asks to link a forum account, try to re-link this one. If it don't allow you, bypass this step for now, then come here, and make a post for the account to be linked; otherwise, it'll be deleted. Also.. Make sure you're following the rules. If you violate the terms of service, we will terminate it.
