My Account Does Not Function Properly

I have A Big Problem

For About two weeks now I have an suspended account that cannot be unsuspended and I cant acess my home page which is

tigzone.x10hosting.com

And for some reason It's now acting like I have two domains

tigzone.exofire.net

I visit either of these pages and it sais this account is suspended and when I enter my username: tigmon to check the suspension reason It sais
Error: This Account is not suspended.

Im pretty sure I wouldnt be reading this message if my account was not suspended.

And when I login into x10 it sais my account is not suspended.
But when I visit the pages above it always takes me to the suspended pages.

I have requested 2 unsuspensions and they responded and unsuspended my acount twice but it still sais my account is suspended.

I will fix the .htaccess error that is causing the suspension. However i need to know what domain is actually supposed to be yours?

You have 2 accounts. Which account do you wish to have linked to this forum account?

Hmmm. this would explain something. Once about a month ago when I logged in with tigmon and it said that username doesn't exist. that's when I re-signed up with username tigmon but then it said that name is already taken so i signed up as polarice. but then that didn't work either so eventually later my account tigmon just decided to work again.

Could you please remove the account polarice? i'm guessing that's whats causing all the problems. And if you could link tigmon to my forum account that would be just perfect.

THE PROBLEM MHAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED!

it fail to show my home page

my website has been down for over three weeks to a month
I dont know whats wrong anymore and im losing hope. :(

I have straightened out the issue as far as site not working. I am working on the suspension issue. This will be resolved shortly.

One last problem that's been here for the last week
when I visit my webpage it shows:

Instead of my homepage. so something has changed. In the past like last year this happend and my website was replaced with that Apache stuff

I dont understand it and it wouldnt go away but after a week it just went away and I saw my homepage again.

Please help me with this or explain why it wont go away.

Clear your browsers cache and flush your dns your site loads fine for me. I forgot to mention that.

Im back. And Yep you guessed it. More problems.

When my homepage is visited this will be shown instead:

The page you requested does not exist! Why not take a moment and register it now? Sign-up with x10Hosting.

And with that FTP does not work either.

And when I try to login it sais this:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.
Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I'm no stranger to the error above UNFORTUNEATLY. I've Seen it before in the past ocassionally.

And all it seemed I could do last time was wait for like a a week or two for it to just go away.

Could you please solve this or explain whats going on? I could'nt log into the earlier forum because it said something about x10 going to another server.

Is this connected with any of my problems?
