As such, I can't log in and make a service ticket. I can't even reset the password (the hackers changed the account email). Kind of a service flaw there, in my opinion. How do I go about solving this? Account name is daveJ41, my real email's the same as this forum account's.
EDIT: I just learned that free users no longer have access to support tickets but rather just 'community solutions' (this). Please delete my account.
