my account has been suspended pls help

I've been informed 3 times my account has been suspended for high resource usage. The only thing I was doing was to setup my presta shop and I am constantly being suspended.

I am about to upgrade to double my resources in my account right now. Would that help? My websites are important to me. Please help.
