My Account Has Been Terminated for No Reason!!!

Ok, so last night was a bit crazy, with my account being suspended, and it was a 15 min ban. Problems occured with the script to unban my account, so after countless posts asking what happened, I get a response, and I was told what to do. I was told and here is the quote:

I just tried to fix your account. Twice. What happened was that the automatic unsuspension script screwed up and unsuspended your account while not unsuspending your site. Usually, a quick fix can be done...but Stoli has been undergoing work and it's not allowing me to do this. Please read the News and Announcements section for news on Stoli's progress and when the staff fixes everything on that server, please make another report, and you will be unsuspended immediately (if the system doesn't do it itself).

I apologize for the inconvenience.

After doing this I got this message:

Your account is un-suspended.

So the next day, I try and login to my account and go to my site's home page and I get this:

And also login to my account via X10 I get this:

So I am getting a bit annoyed now. I have not violated TOS.
